By accessing or using Caelum Contracts ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Caelum Contracts ("we", "us", or "our").
Caelum Contracts provides procurement intelligence tools that help identify, analyze, and qualify government contracting opportunities. The Service includes opportunity search, automated contract overviews, pipeline tracking, subcontractor discovery, automated RFQ quoting, and guided registration resources. We do not guarantee that any opportunity, registration, or bid will result in a contract award.
Paid subscriptions are offered in Core and Prime tiers, with monthly or annual billing. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the selected price for each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
All subscription purchases are non-refundable. Once a subscription is charged, no refunds or credits will be issued for partial or unused billing periods. You retain access to the Service for the remainder of any paid period after cancellation.
Information provided by the Service is educational and informational only. We do not guarantee eligibility for any solicitation, access to any procurement portal, or the award of any government contract. Procurement requirements vary by agency and jurisdiction, and you are responsible for verifying all opportunity details directly with the issuing agency before submitting a bid.
Contract overviews, analyses, and recommendations may be generated with automated tools. Automated content may contain errors or outdated information. You must independently verify all solicitation requirements, deadlines, and terms against official source documents before relying on them.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute access to the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All content, branding, software, and materials provided through the Service are the property of Caelum Contracts or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Service materials without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caelum Contracts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to the Caelum Contracts support team at info@ccontracts.app.
